BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all accommodation and packages made available by Salamanca Inn. By making a booking for accommodation, you warrant that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. All terms and conditions are subject to change and you will be notified of any changes that affect your booking.
Booking Policy

All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by provision of credit card details or full payment. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use that credit card and you authorise Salamanca Inn to charge the cost of your booking to this credit card. Accommodation and other pre-determined expenses organised directly with Salamanca Inn will be charged at time of arrival.

General & Other Terms

Salamanca Inn will endeavour to fulfil special requests; however, this cannot be guaranteed. All accommodation rooms and internal areas at Salamanca Inn are non-smoking. Extra fee applies for smoking in the rooms, activating false fire alarm, damage and/or requiring excessive cleaning to the room/s. Age restrictions: you must be 18 years of age or older to book and/or stay at Salamanca Inn, except in the company of a parent or legal guardian. A valid photo ID maybe requested at time of check-in to confirm eligibility of your booking. Check in is from 2:00pm. Every effort will be made to ensure your room is available on arrival, however at times this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control. We are happy to store your luggage. Complimentary car parking is available. For guests paying with a debit or credit card, upon check-in a pre-authorisation or charge is required to guarantee the accommodation in full (if not prepaid in advance), plus an additional fee to guarantee incidental costs. For guests paying with cash or EFTPOS, payment for accommodation is required in full (if not in advance), plus an additional $200 per night.

PREPAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable. A full room rate will be chargeable. Guarantee by credit card/online payment: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online by you or our team by request 48 hours prior to the arrival date and there will be no cancellation fees. Cancellation/No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email or phone of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (48 hours) before arrival and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed. Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.

CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE

Please note we impose a surcharge on the transaction amount on credit card products, which is less than our cost of acceptance. American Express Credit Card 2.2%, all other Credit Cards 1.4%.
